We are searching for experienced and dedicated Project Managers to deliver our portfolio of high quality planned maintenance and improvement projects. You will also contribute to the development and review of the building conservation programmes and policy at HRP, and will provide surveying advice to colleagues in the project team and throughout the wider organisation.

Working with the Surveyor of the Fabric (SoF) and Head of Projects, you will explain our sites’ history and champion best practice in conservation and design through project sponsorship and management. You will contribute to the identification of maintenance needs through surveys and inspections, and will provide or co-ordinate advice on a range of issues.


The ability to work independently and deliver projects to time, cost and quality criteria is essential. A Building Surveying or Architectural Degree and professional qualification will be supported by relevant practical experience, including knowledge of conservation policy, contract administration and a demonstrable passion for historic buildings.

Good writing skills and a sound grasp of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Project) are required, and AutoCAD proficiency is preferred but not essential.

The role will require travel to all of HRP's sites.
