Whether you're interested in storytelling, learning more about visitor attraction sites and operations, sales or security, we have roles set in the most unique environments to go with your training.
We are opening our doors to a new apprenticeship programme that gives you the opportunity to learn all about professional front line customer service in a truly unique and magical environment.
You will be based at either Hampton Court Palace, HM Tower of London or Kensington Palace. You will gain a range of essential industry skills depending on the role you undertake in addition to studying towards a Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship with Lewisham Southwark College or the YMCA.
These roles will last for a period of 15 months, during which time you will have the opportunity to train and develop into an experienced member of the team with the hope of successfully securing a permanent role with us at the end of the programme.
Within all these roles you will provide a five star welcome and exceptional customer service to our visitors, ensuring a special and unique experience to each customer.
Our programme includes roles in the following locations;
