A Chartered Surveyor with proven experience of working on historic buildings projects, this is your opportunity to provide QS services and advice on a fascinating range of maintenance, conservation and major improvement projects. This role includes setting up and maintaining our framework arrangements with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that our procurement policy and practice keep pace with legislation, Government initiatives and best practice.
With extensive post-qualification experience in a consultancy or client side capacity, you must have a good knowledge of procurement including risk and value management. First-rate team working and communication skills are also important, along with a detail-conscious and commercially-focused approach.
