Full Time (36 hours per week) - temporary contract until 31 March 2019

We currently have a vacancy for one full time Membership Administrator on a temporary contract, based at Hampton Court Palace. 

Your challenge will be to deliver high-quality administrative support to the Membership Office with respect to general member stewardship and customer service responsibilities.  You will ensure that opportunities with respect to Gift Aid and Direct Debit processes are maximised and that our customers’ transactions are executed, recorded and reported efficiently and securely.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be an enthusiastic individual who is calm under pressure and has an efficient and diplomatic approach. Well organised and customer-focused, you will have office-based experience in a customer service environment.  You will also possess excellent IT skills (including MS Word and Excel) and have experience working with databases and maintaining filing systems.

With well-developed interpersonal skills, you will be a highly motivated self–starter with the ability to work independently; equally happy dealing with a broad range of customers face to face or on the telephone.

Individuals should be well organised and able to work as part of a high achieving and ambitious team.
