We are a team of people who love and look after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world. We create space for spirits to stir and be stirred.  

As a charitable organisation, our members are essential to our growth and to achieving our strategy.  

In this role, you’ll be developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and retention activities to engage and retain our member audience and increase retention rates. Working with the Membership Development Manager, you’ll lead on the creation of onsite and offsite content, secure exclusive benefits for members, and review and deliver our member magazine.  

Working with other colleagues, you’ll commission and create reporting and insights on member benefit usage and engagement campaigns to identify improvements. This will involve utilising our CRM and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.  

You will manage the Membership Retention Executive and support them to achieve their objectives and to manage the Membership Retention Assistant, as well as managing the budget for retention activity.

Creativity and proactivity are vital to this role in order to deliver engaging copywriting and create and commission new content for members.  

Previous experience in a marketing or membership role and of line management is essential, and you will ideally have experience within a charity or heritage organisation.  

This role would suit a quick learner with bags of initiative and first-class communication skills, with CRM and reporting experience.
