Palace Host Sales – Kensington Palace

We are currently recruiting for Palace Host Sales to support the Palace Host Sales Team Leader across retail and admissions. This is an important role within the operations department, helping to drive sales and provide the best customer service to visitors. 

Your key responsibilities will be to support the delivery of on-site sales targets and KPIs, including retail sales, admissions, membership sales, ticket scanning, and visitor bag search. 

You will deliver a seamless and distinctive customer experience across the site, primarily in retail and admissions, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are met by actively anticipating and responding quickly and flexibly to our visitor’s needs.

You will also ensure the retail and admissions sales locations are presented to the expected the standards and ensure that all published ticketing and cash handling procedures are adhered to. 

A strong drive for achieving sales targets and the confidence to approach visitors and actively sell a wide range of products is essential. A key factor is to be an active team player in a small team.

With customer service experience from retail or visitor attractions, you will have a positive and flexible approach, being able to adapt your style to respond to visitor needs.
