38.5 hours per week. Rota pattern will include some weekends and Bank Holidays.

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Tower Host management team as a Team Leader on a temporary/secondment basis. Reporting to a Senior Team Leader, you will play an important role in supporting the team.

You will be responsible for leading and motivating a Tower Host team, trained and coached to the highest level of customer service, and you will help manage the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Excellent people skills are essential, in addition to a proven record of providing excellent customer service and the ability to use your initiative.

You will be used to multi-tasking and working in busy environments, as well as working both cooperatively and independently. This is a varied role and you will need to be well-organised, solution-oriented, and motivated.

You will have the ability to communicate in a clear persuasive manner with both internal and external customers and to develop good working interdepartmental relationships, as well as working across the Tower Host management team, in different areas at times.

Experience of supervising or leading a team is essential. Knowledge of HRP’s ticketing system would be a benefit.
