Our aim is to help everyone explore the story of how monarchs and people have shaped society, in some of the greatest palaces ever built.
The Jewel House and the White Tower are two of the major attractions at HM Tower of London. Our Wardens provide an individual welcome to visitors, offering a seamless and distinctive experience among the world’s best. They reveal the lives of the people who lived here with a sense of showmanship and flair.
As a member of the Warding team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives an unforgettable 'Royal Welcome'. You will enjoy talking to our visitors and have the ability to explain the importance and significance of the White Tower and the Crown Jewels in the life of the nation, by bringing to life the stories and facts behind the many priceless treasures contained within, at the same time ensuring that security focus is maintained.

Previous experience of having worked in a high volume, customer-facing environment with security awareness would be advantageous but not essential.
Interview date to be confirmed. This role requires a December start-date and is on a 14 month Fixed-Term contract.
