For this summer season we are currently looking for a new team member to join our existing Sales leadership team to support our exciting new exhibition called Untold Lives: A Palace at Work. This exhibition shines a spotlight on the overlooked people from all walks of life who have worked tirelessly and often behind-the-scenes at Kensington Palace.
The role of the Palace Host (Sales) Team Leader is to inspire, motivate and lead our team of permanent, seasonal, and casual Palace Hosts (Sales) to ensure a memorable customer experience across the Ticket Office & Shop. Also supporting with the delivery of on-site sales targets and KPIs by motivating the team to proactively sell tickets, guidebooks and memberships.
Seasonal / Secondment: 15th May to 15th September 2024
