Seasonal Exhibition Assistant

Four contract types: 32 hours a week (over 4 days), 24 hours a week (over 3 days), 24 hours a week (over 4 days) and 18 hours a week (over 3 days) for 6 months (starting in mid-April 2018)

We are looking for enthusiastic and out-going people to join our Front of House exhibition team for the summer season.  From the moment the visitors arrive at the exhibition you will be part of a team that enjoy delivering a warm and welcoming 5 star visitor experience for all.
If you enjoy a challenge, are confident working with high volumes of people in a fast-paced and high profile environment and have a positive attitude and outlook then we would love to hear from you.

We’ll give you all the training you need to provide our visitors with an amazing experience, all we ask is that you have:
• Face to face customer service experience and the ability to deliver great service in a proactive and enthusiastic way
• A passion for working with people and a positive, can do, attitude
• Great communication skills with a flair for engaging with large groups of people.
• The confidence to proactively manage visitors waiting in the queue to enter the exhibition and to deliver a warm welcome and introduction for their visit.
• To accurately check and process exhibition tickets.
• GCSEs (or equivalent)
• Language skills would be desirable
