As a member of our Welcome Team, we will provide you with the perfect stage to deliver your 5 star Welcome and the opportunity to achieve and maximize sales and charitable targets. Your positive and pro-active nature, driven by your enthusiasm and panache for delighting the customer will be valued as you help make a positive difference to our visitor’s day. This role will evolve strict cash handling and till procedures, strong queue management and security awareness with the ability to work within a high energy positive team environment.

Seasonal positions – three contract types: 31.25 hours a week (over 5 days), 25 hours a week (over 4 days), 18.75 hours a week (over 3 days)

Contract details:

• Contract length: 6 months
• 5, 4 or 3 days a week (depending on contract) on a rolling 2 week roster pattern that will include some weekends and bank holidays
• Salary: £18,619 (pro rata)
• Assessment centre will take place on the 6th and 8th of February

Essential requirements:

• Passion for working with people
• Experience of delivering a high standard of customer service
• GCSEs (or equivalent)
• Basic IT skills
• Sales experience
• Confidence working with high volumes of people in a fast-paced and high profile environment

Desirable requirements:

• Experience with EPOS ticketing systems
• Cash handling
• Language skills
