Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) is a successful, high performing organisation built on strong foundations. An independent charity, we manage the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, the Banqueting House, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland. We help everyone to explore the story of how monarchs and people have shaped society in some of the greatest palaces ever built.

With nearly five million visitors every year, we are financially self-sufficient and deliver our twin charitable aims of conservation and education with no public funding. We are looking for an exceptional new Head of Operations to provide strong operational management across one of our six landmark sites; Hampton Court Palace. At the heart of this role, you will drive operational excellence and continuously improve the customer experience, ensuring that our service offering remains seamless and distinctive.

Working closely with the Palaces Group Director, you will provide direction to a large and multi-functional team of talented front-line professionals. With strong leadership and influencing skills, you will develop and shape our workforce to foster a collegiate culture of excellence, ensuring that our customers and visitors continue to receive an authentic, five-star service.
