The Events and Production Team within Public Engagement are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and motivated person to assist in the planning, organisation and delivery of a five day joust in June 2022 to mark the Platinum Jubilee at Hampton Court, and further public events in August 2022. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated and energetic team.

 The Events & Production Team sit within the Live Programming department in the Public Engagement directorate. Specialising in large-scale public events and productions within Live Programming, the team creates visit-driving seasonal experiences both within the palaces and in their grounds, often with complex operational and production needs. 

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a career working within public events. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders and external contractors, undertaking supplier and product research, organising resources and carrying out events administration. To be successful you will have a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be a real team player with, of course, a willingness to work unsociable hours during events and a flexible attitude towards working hours over production periods.
